CAPS - (Certified Aging in Place Specialist)
CAPS – (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) is a program designed to help aging individuals.
This program has combined licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) and professional contractors to work together on building/constructing safe modifications to allow individuals to stay at home safely. Revolution Sport & Spine Therapy is the ONLY provider on the peninsula that is working on this service and has a certified CAPS OT on staff.
My wife and I have both gone to Revolution for physical therapy.We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our experience. From the moment you walk through the doors ,from reception to therapists, they make you feel so comfortable and welcome. You are validated and listened to. You are treated like family.
